About paid raffles
A raffle people pay to enter is a lottery in law. In Nigeria it needs approval from the lottery regulator for your state or the National Lottery Regulatory Commission; in Ghana from the National Lottery Authority. Paid raffles stay switched off here until that licence is in place. Free raffles do not need one.
