How do I get my tickets?
Instantly after payment, by email and in your dashboard, each with a unique QR code scanned at the gate (or a join link for online events).
How does paid voting work?
Each vote costs the amount set by the organizer. Buy as many as you like by card, bank transfer or USSD, and they are added to the live tally immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets: yes, up to 48h before the event (24h for online). Votes, donations, raffle entries and trivia plays are final once confirmed.
How do organizer payouts work?
Your balance is paid every Friday to your registered mobile money or bank account. Ask for a payout from the Payouts tab of your organizer studio.
Are raffles legit?
Draws use an audited random selection over every entry sold, are recorded in our audit log, and winners are notified by SMS + email. 18+ only.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone?
Yes. Open the ticket in your dashboard and tap Transfer. The QR regenerates so only the new holder can use it.
